Well... Basically Im out of shape... Im about 5'8" 190 lbs Not sure about body fat. I Want to mainly get rid of my love handles and man boobs. This is my new workout:

On Monday, Wednessday and Saturday

20 min cardio (Biking or Jogging)
40 pushups
10 pushups (finger-tips)
40 situps
40 situps (elbow to opp knee(forgot what theyre called))
5-10 min stretching

Critique? Comments? I cant go to a gym and dont have weights so please dont tell me to do that stuff, I would if I could.

20 min jogging

40 pushups
10 pushups (finger-tips) -> Do clap pushups instead, you can guess what these are. Do all 50 in succession.
Stretching
40 situps
40 situps -> Do with a weight held behind your head, 5kg or something

would be a bit more effective in that kind of situation.

Wait, aren't you the boxing dude?

Aside from getting a bench, Is this a good workout for losing weight. I want to get rid of about 15 lbs of fat then reduild my frame with more muscle. Of course once I drop the weight I would change my workout to a muscle packing one.

Yeah. I wanna get fit (cut 15 lbs fat then rebuild a more muscular frame and box) Boxing looks like fun and Im gonna get into a small tournament in about 3-4 months.

New plan

Update: After reading on HIIT and some other advice, deciding to make a few changes
5 Min Warm-up Jog
5 Min HIIT (20 sec sprint 10 sec jog)
40 Fist Pushups
10 Clap Pushups
10 Fingertip Pushups
40 Sit-ups
20 Crossover Sit-ups
20 Stretch Sit-ups
30 Bicep Curls With 10 lbs Dumbbell Per Arm
30 Side Arm Raises With 10 lbs Dumbbell Per Arm (Works upper shoulder)
5-10 Min stretch

Along with this I will be watching my diet, Not every cal... But making sure I dont get more than 40 gram fats and more protein than usual. Dont want to go full out cutting yet (Maybe after finals)

Worry less about fat and more about sugar and similar carbs. The only fat you should try to cut is dairy and fast/junk food (TRANS fat). Overall, dietary fat is good for you despite the bad rap it gets. If you drink soda, give that up and drink only water (and maybe a little fruit juice). You should be pissing clear (or neon yellow after multivitamins). Don't increase your protein, you're probably eating more than enough already.

If you can, do your cardio first thing in the morning before you eat, and don't eat any carbs after 7pm. These two things alone can make a dramatic difference.

If you do your research first, I recommend taking ECA. You can buy the ephedrine online here. The rest can be found in your local drug store.

lol ate a tube of pringles... thats like 600 fat cals... so much for watching what I eat. lol

I was really good though:D
