Master Don Juan
Well... Basically Im out of shape... Im about 5'8" 190 lbs Not sure about body fat. I Want to mainly get rid of my love handles and man boobs. This is my new workout:
On Monday, Wednessday and Saturday
20 min cardio (Biking or Jogging)
40 pushups
10 pushups (finger-tips)
40 situps
40 situps (elbow to opp knee(forgot what theyre called))
5-10 min stretching
Critique? Comments? I cant go to a gym and dont have weights so please dont tell me to do that stuff, I would if I could.
