Hey guys,
I'm 5'7"-ish, weighing 125 lb. I would classify myself as an ecto-mesomorph, probably leaning towards the latter. Physically, I've always been the "runt" of my year, wherever I go. That is, I've never really been physically fit, probably thanks to my childhood asthma. I'm horrible at sports, am totally uncoordinated, and have no cardiovasular endurance, strength, or mass. I've gotten a little better, but I'm still phyically unfit.
I really want to fix all of this. Within the next six months, I want to achieve at least an average level of fitness. I want to become acceptable at sports, and more importantly, I want to be large and lean, if that makes sense. I would also like to have high cardiovasular endurance. But my priority is bulking up.
That said, I hear a lot said about Starting Strength and skinnyguy.net. I've skimmed both, but I'm not really sure which one is best/which one is for me. I'd love to hear your input.![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
