I was just wonder if I can get similar results with the Machine in terms of bulking up. I know you use more stabilizing muscles and something to that effect. But my worries about my back hurt my most of my lifts in the gym rather then help.
Easyier said then done. I bike to everywhere plus weights and martial arts. It gets overworked then it hurts to do anything physical. I had to go to a ciropractor to get the tension out. cost me like 30 bucksOriginally posted by C00L
