spots under skin

how can I get rid of these? Thier like small lumps under the skin, which show up under bright lighting.

going to a doctor would be the best thing, it could be 1 of many many things.

thanks man :)

It's annoying, if i didnt weight train, I'd have far better skin, I gotta take all these dairy stuff, which is terrible for the skin.

Simple.

Don't take the dairy stuff. Unless you have truly specifid needs and are in a unique situation I don't see why you'd NEED dairy.
