Last year I didn't play much sports and I am sort of a nice guy who never swears and never argues. But as of late, I began to play more sports and I began to notice some change in my behaviour. I have become naturally more aggresive and rude, sometimes I even swear... But the funny thing is that I am much more outgoing and less nevous in situations.

... To be honest I think I have turned into a jerk as of late... why is it? And how do be I be less rude and still out going at the same time?

all i can say is competition brings out the best in us, im a very competitive guy and sometimes it can get annoying so try not to be too overly competitive and if your good at what you do then try to be humble, noone likes someone whos going to make them feel like **** for losing

I have to agree, playing sport has done the same thing to me. It makes you feel more competitive and alive. I guess the exercise and competition raises testosterone levels. I think it's a change for the better.
