So why not just buy the powdered form?

I would stick with plain dextrose pre and post...otherwise water is the best..

swolecat has all of his clients use this method and look how successful he is.

peace:)

I'll add that his related articles aren't really related to the topic. Sport's drinks are not used for the same purpose as fruit juices; their purpose is primarily re-hydration, not energy; comparing sports drinks to Coke is apples and oranges, and as for asking if you'd give a toddler 17 teaspoons of sugar a day, well how many toddlers do you see running marathons or competing in triathlons?

But if you must see the details of the study here it is. Which Drinks Damage Your Teeth the Most? Notice that they had to soak the enamel in the drinks for an extended period of time. Who hold drinks in their mouths for two weeks straight? Who drinks sports drinks as their primary source of hydration?

Anyway, do what's best for you and the life you lead.

gatorade sucks its just simple carbs it does not do you any good, its an off the shelf 'sports drink' made for the average person who drinks it to over compensate for the fact that they dont actuly do any excersize! I use high5 for my cycling, you are probably thinking, but iv never heard of this. well of course you havent, it isnt advertised to the masses but go in to a bike shop or a shop where you can buy nutritianl supliments and other tpyes of pills or mixtures that help you for weight lifting, you are sure to find the good type of sports drink.

These drinks still are bad for your teeth, but after buying one with a nutrual taste ie no taste, i found that unlike the other ones that would start to grow mold if once mixed with water, is left i the bottle for a week or 2, i left this 1 for a month in a bottle and there was no mold, so im asuming ut us not bad for yout teeth either.

I found a gatorade I had in my trackbag for a good 7 months or so opened and half full, hell I remembed opening it. It didn't have any mold in it.

Sure, there are better things than gatorade, but it you are worried about a gatorade rotting your teeth look at all the other **** you eat first. It's nit picking at it's finest.

Also, just because some 'docter' said so, doesn't make anything true. I don't believe half the **** that new stations report on because I know it's publicity enciting the masses ****, why would I believe some no name doctor on a no name website?
Try WebMD. Show me a study on there, since they have REAL doctors.

Oh, and Tj, I will let you know the next time I see a toothless football, baseball, or track athlete, and I will ask them if gatorade caused it, just for you ;)

Now what do you know about getting laid? Your mom been trying to teach you the facts of life again? God, I love the jealousy of the haters out there. Well, whatever gets you off...
