Spooning buddy?

There's a girl I know and we've hung out a few times. One night we hooked up at a party. We talk every once and a while. Drunk dials here and there. The idea of a spooning buddy came about a little while ago. I don't want a relationship at the moment but this girl "doesn't want to get hurt" according to her. How do you go about presenting the idea of just messing around once and a while without having to go into the whole relationship BS...

1. Means she doesn't want to hurt you because she doesn't like you that way.
2. Means she likes you, but YOU have to make the move, because she doesn't want to be rejected.
