I suppose, if you did enough of them for long enough, with enought weight it could compress your spine slightly, but after you go to sleep and wake up it should decompress, same thing happens just from being up and about all day.Originally posted by hb

I would say do something similar to Diesel's bulking phase, except with cardio, and with more explosive exercises such as clean and jerk, Finnish squats, kettlebells, snatch and whatnot added to the regiment.Originally posted by hb
