Specific body part trainning questions

what are good excersice to train up the chest (breats), and thigh muscles? i think these are the two areas i need to work on the most

i can't go to gym nor do i have weights at home............:(

so what else can i do to excerise my thigh muslces

Do 500 pushups a day and 500 situps.

Guaranteed results.

never heard of anyone asking for advice on thighs... but i would suggest treadmill or jogging. good for building muscles in that area.

but dont forget that's its a type of cardio exercise, so watch what you burn.

i used to do 300 push ups day, but maybe only 150 for sit ups, but not sure if i can do that many push ups now since i haven't done it for a long tme, i can probably do 240 a day max for now

Generally, you can forget about BUILDING muscle without gym or weights. Least you can do is spring for a set of dumbells- around HK$500 will do.

The only way to build muscle is with weights.

If you don't have any do some pushups.... with someone/something on your back. Get a backpack and fill it with some rocks or scrap metal or something and do pushups.

Same with squats. And pullups.

For thighs, try lunges; but if you don't do them right, they won't work.

Also, stretch every day.

Stretching is good for warming up your muscle in preparation for working it out. If you want to find the proper way to do lunges, you need to go to a gym and watch how a trainer or someone else does it - if you get advice on doing it from words on a screen odds are very good you'll screw it up (not intentionally, but it's like trying to learn how to smile by reading an explanation).

By the way, why can't you go to a gym or buy weights for your house?

God, i reaqlly hate it when people think push-ups and sit-ups will give them a great body in like a month!

Listen, if you really, and i mean REALLY, want to get the body you want you'll have to lift weights and have a good diet!

1) Buy a bench

2) Buy a barbell with weights

3) Buy dumbells

4) Work out with a proper routine

5) Get a proper diet going (high in protein etc...)

Not wanting to 'give out' to you or anything but this is the way to do it.

GOOD THIGH EXERCISES:

SQUAT (CRUCIAL!)
DEADLIFTS (CRUCIAL!)



GOOD CHEST EXERCISES:

DIPS (leaning forward)
INCLINE BB* PRESS (wide grip)
FLAT DB** PRESS (flex chest muscles together at top of movement)
