I was in the store today and I noticed they have a Soy Protein Powder. All the best of whey and without the Cholesterol, but more sodium.

But i figure that since it doesnt come from milk, most likely it isnt as quickly absorbed by the body as Whey is....

Can i get some feedback About this and Soy Protein?

1. It doesn't taste as good (to me)
2. More expensive
3. If you're looking for slower absorbing protein, calicum caseinate or egg proteins would be a better choice.

For gaining mass it is not recommended that you use only soy protein for your protein intake. Do some research.

Do not take soy protein.

Whey protein is fast-absorbing, which is what you want especially after workouts.

Soy protein has been implicated in increasing estrogen levels, so you ABSOLUTELY do not want to take that if you are a man. Leave soy protein to women.
