Last week, I've been benching and injured my right shoulder area. Ever since, I couldn't work out because every time when I tried to lift, that stretching pain of my occurs and its really bothering me. Worse of all, I don't know when it will bet any better.
I have be resting and haven't be lifting for a week, except today. I tried to bench again maybe it won't be as sore as last time, but still hurt in a stretching way.
What should I do? I've been working so hard to get stronger and lift more. But if I have to wait longer to heal, I may get weaker. It sucks because I spend a lot of time and hard work to improve my strength. I really what to heal faster.
The area where I hurt is shoulder, little bit below my armpit, and the area in the middle of from bicep/tricep to shouder area? In fact, it hurt even more today because I tried to bench.
