I worked out properly for the 1st time yesterday. I did 5x5 squat, 5x5 overhead press and 1x5 deadlift. What i want to know is if there is any way to stop my legs hurting so much?! I'll be going back to school in a couple days and I'll be doing a lot of sport such as rugby, basketbal etc. , but after the workout yesterday i couldn't even walk up the stairs without feeling quite a bit of pain in my legs .
Also the muscle under my left shoulder blade is aching a bit, but not under my right shoulder blade . Is there a reason to this? Was i maybe leaning the barbell to the left when i was doing the overhead press?
