All kinds of Thrash/Death Metal.
I don't know why, but some days you're just angry and it fuels the workout. Perfect for venting aggression, and also it makes you go all out on the training.

Have to be careful though with some exercises because you can easily injure yourself if you're too aggressive.

Daft Punk Alive 2007 is the best workout music around imo. It's great for cardio, but I find myself wanting to spring when the build ups get really good!
