Hey all, Ill keep this short:
1) Im gaining weight, and fast, but its mostly fat around my stomach area and not much on my arms. Im doing the skinny guy prog, any suggestions to convert that? I wanna get to 180/185lbs before i start cutting (im at 162 now).
2) Whats the BEST forearm excercise?
3) For HIIT, when you deduct about 400cals from your diet, can you take that away from one meal (400cals) or over the course of the 6 meals a day (e.g. take away 70cals per meal), or does it matter?
4) Whats the best way to perform squats without a spotter/power rack?
