Some progress

hi guys, just been reading the vault and such which has helped. it has been about 2 months and have gained 13 lbs!! (176 to 189). still working on it short term goal is 200 for the next 3 months. the hardest part is eating for myself. two major things that have helped me 1) going to the gym even when i dont feel like it 2) good music on the ipod.

-i have not done the 2 tablespoons of veg oil a day. how important is this? and do guys that do this just drink it straight up??

-for those of you that drink raw eggs...just regular xl store bought ones are ok? do you wash the shells? honestly, i have had solmonella before and its horrible and am scared to get it again

-what food do you guys like to snack on? i have been eating a lot of...


-tuna
-peanut butter/jelly with wholegrain wheat bread (minimal jelly)
-edamame
-beef jerky (when its on sale)
-soy milk
-sunflower seeds
-mini carrots

Congrats on the progress.

Add in the olive oil when your gains slow down/stop.

Use any eggs, preferably larger ones. I have probably had a few thousand raw eggs by now and am doing fine.

As for snacking your choices look decent enough, although I would lose the bread and milk. Beef jerky=yum.

I use Cage-free eggs...i've been told that they are less likely to get any such bad germs.
