I would appreciate some information on the lower part of my pecs being soft. It looks like that they're 'coning out' at the tips... but the rest of my pecs are good... just my lower pecs are soft and flabby. And I don't have access to a decline machine. Any ideas of exercises to harden them? PLUS ..what are some good exercises to build up the center of my chest so it doesn't look like I have an ass for pecs?. Thanks for all the help guys.
