Most of the times im the one that does the phone calling or message sending i want to stop; how can you have youre friends calling you and messaging you?

Friends are give and take relationships. If you are constantly calling them to find out whats going on, you are in a sense taking from them. Give something to them. Some guys give humor or insight to their friends. Others will challenge their friends to be something more.

And then there are other friends who will in a sense just "leech" off of others. It's no coincidence that these are always the guys who are left out of the circle at times, because theres really nothing they are bringing to the table. Bring something to the table.

Certainly true. But what would you suggest an introvert to give? If he isn't naturally contributing to his friends then chances are he does not know what he can offer.

Please list out and discuss what value you offer to your friends.
