For the people here who have done either, what are you experiences on it? what have been your results strength wise and looks wise?

Option A is the better option. But the write up for it on Bodybuilding.com is wrong, you're supposed to do power cleans not rows.

I got damn good results on option B, was in the best shape of my life and very strong only 4-5 months in to it, going hard out.

Haven't tried Option A so I can't say which is better. "Better" is all relative though... Take identical people, put them each on Option A for 3 months... One might get far better results than the other, and that might be the opposite on Option B.

The only way to know for sure is to try one of them out.

Option B gave me great results and it's a very fun and simple program that can be used with slight modifications for the rest of your training career if you wish.

Option A will give faster initial results but will plateau and you will need to change program.

Both are great.
