I had a coworker chick. Since she left work, ive exchanged email with her until that one time i said to her, "Btw, have you been working out ~_^"

Then she hasnt repsonded since then

Uh, probably. Depends how you do it. In your situation, i wouldnt do it over email. You just miss entirely the whole body language/eye contact thing- and she might end up taking you seriously instead of the joke it was intended to be.

Even with the smily face, it still sounds a bit AFC
