So I'm going to a real club for the first time on Saturday. Any general suggestions?

I'm going to a friend's 19th birthday party and it's gonna be mostly other girls there.

The even details are here

---------------

Big Up Saturday, April 15 at Plush 750 Pacific Blvd (Plaza Of Nations) Toronto’s DJ Phat Kat will be in the building after a little hiatus from Vancouver. He’s been busy tearing up the T-Dot club scene, working on his Big **** Radio show, and pumping out mad mix-cd’s. Expect to hear the hottest and latest in hip-hop, r&b, old school, soca, dancehall, crunk, 80’s, 90’s and more. Come by for your chance to cop some of these mix cd’s as he will be giving them away like crazy. Also featuring J-Swing, Flipout, Goodfellas,GMAN, Kid Carson and The Beat Street Squad..

--------------

I've been to clubs when I was vacationing in Europe and I found it a bit intimidating since me and my friends were pretty much the only 18 year olds there. (I'm 19 now)

I know I'm being a bit too general but I don't know what to expect from the clubs here in Vancouver and the hip hop scene. Any advice?

Learn to C-Walk, and ull definetly be crunkin with a group surrounding u. Ive done it before. C walk isnt only for crips... The dance looks very nice too. People will be very impressed. If you are afraid to crip walk then learn Clown Walk.

Get jiggy wit it, and make sure you don't hurt nobody. Oh yeah, and don't forget to watch all the rappers. They look funny when they dance.

My advice would be to go there with the intention of having fun, not only with the intention of picking up. Dont become one of those people who only go out clubbing for the 'girls', once you are more familiar with the environment opportunities will present themselves.

Also, always be talking to someone or engaging in some action. Avoid being a guy who watches everyone dance from the outside. Hope that makes sense, have fun!

Please don't do this.
