Just about 15 minutes ago, I was walking up the street and I saw 2 cute girls who are probably between 19-21 years old. I was was very attracted to both of them and wanted to ask them if they wanted to blaze, and they seemed like the party types. However I was wearing plain shorts and a stripped yellow dorky t shirt, so i dunno if they would be attracted to me in the first place. As the shy guy I am, I just walked by...

Dude... never offer a girl you barely know to get high with you. Its horrible for your image, even if she is also a pot head. Dont create a meet up that revolves around the idea of getting high together.
There's no magic line or story that we can tell you which you can use if this were to happen tomorrow.
