So I hit on this girl at work

I see her working then she started talking about how this guy was hitting on her who she rejected and how she has a **** buddy..
For the hell of it, I hit on her to see what she would do. I said

me: "so, who is living with you now"
chick: "my mom.. my bro is in jaill"
me: "what are you doing after work"
chick "im gona sleep.. I got to get up at 4 in the morning"
me: "let me know if you're not doing anything after work"
chick: "what time are you off?, I'm off at 11pm"
me: "12 pm"
chick: -grins

I continue working then she moves closer to me...

chick: "so, do you think I changed?"
me: - (I scanned her body from head to toe with my eyes. I tried to make it noticeable.) "hmmmmm
chick : "no, personality wise"
me:- "i don't know, i dont know yo well enough"


Anyways, when you hit on someone at work, does it take effect that same night right away? meaning, you get LAID that night you hit on them? or usuallya couple days or sometimes weeks later?

it's basically a signal that u should be qualifying her. women need to feel qualified to win ur interest otherwise there is no feeling of her winning you over.

Now, to answer your question...there is no way of knowing when you will get laid. It doesn't matter if you are at work, or the time of day, her IL and circumstance (schedule, what she has going on in her life) will dictate that. The only thing I suggest you do is find out for yourself.

Note: Her brother is in Jail? That gives you a little peek of her home life, keep a sharp eye on her behavior.
