yea ask a couple questions first, talk to her, like ask her what she did today, and another question in relation to her answer, and then comment on that answer, ask her about her hobbies/job/career plans/goals whatever the ****, talk to her a bit, and then ask her what shes doing tomorrow, and regardless of if she starts naming a billion things shes gota do, invite her anyways, but dont like ask her, tell her, letts hang out (dont mention dates please) if she says no ask when are we going then? her answer there will say a lot, bust her balls if she says she doesnt know, rip her apart, in a nice way, or just say ill pick up saturday at 8 then.

There are several steps.

1) Get her to be attracted.
2) Get her number.
3) Give her a cheek kiss. She will hopefully make a noise when you do this. She will play a note. Ideally she will turn so that you accidentally kiss her lips.
4) Get her to reply and have a conversation.
5) Get her to initiate a text conversation.
6) Offer a date.
7) Get her to show up.

This usually takes several weeks with the hottest women. You have to slowly become part of her regular circle.

Usually works alright if you just ask how her day has been. Then you comment briefly about what you were doing. It helps if you can say something charming, but that isn't necessary. The whole convo doesn't have to be long at all. Then you say, "I was thinking about doing [blank], if you want to tag along." It's best if you can offer two alternative days, because she might busy on one of the days. I think that you should generally give 48 hours' notice if feasible, but it's not absolutely required.

Preferably, the whole conversation should be 5 minutes or less.

No offense to you, but what have you learned in here since Jan 2014? I mean this is basic stuff you are always asking in your threads. You should be way passed this pre beginner stage.
