I am 31 years old and I have noticed a some fat forming under my chin. I guess this is just an age thing. Or is it possible to get rid of through your diet and doing more cardio? I started doing some of those facial exercises I found online, but I really think it is more about age and bodyfat.
As far as cardio- what I am doing different now is hiit training on the treadmill 3 times a week, and also playing basketball 3 times a week (for about an hour each time). I would think this alone should make a difference if it is indeed possible to get rid of the fat under my chin through exercise.
