Hi,
I've pretty much been a bad sleeper all my life, i know you should aim for the required 8 hours a night and if you lift a lot, which i do, i should aim for more, but if i do get more than 8 hours a night i usually won't sleep the next night, then have to get up to work on no sleep and feel foooked all day. I have tried limiting my caffeine intake to just the morning and it didn't do much good, i feel more of a nocturnal person, the have no energy all day and then wide a wake at night, quite good for when i'm going out but i'd rather be awake during the day instead of a walking zombie, also i feel my muscular growth would benifit a lot more if i could sleep better.
So any suggestions would be much appreciated, cheers
