I cannot sleep unless my stomach is completely full. Eating a meal before bed will make me fat. How can I sleep without food or what foods could I eat that will just take up space, but not make me fat? I was thinking of making some sort of stew with lean chicken, celery, barly, and other such things to eat before bed.
