I've been playing some sports and exercising...I've gained alot of weight too. Everytime I exercise, the whole day I will feel really hungry and tired and for the next few days I will sleep alot and eat alot.
I gained 10 lbs but I have gained muscle too, I can see it on me..
Is there a way for me to lose that fat roll around my stomach yet continue to build muscle. Or do I have to get big and fat and then tone down.
If it is possible can you please explain how.
