Mainly genetic. Increase your body size and your wrist come.

Well that's the least you can do. That and reverse wrist curl. Either way your wrist size won't increase.

There's no muscle in your wrists...nothing there that's going to give you a size gain. But it's a blessing in disguise...build up yoru forearms, and they'll look that much bigger, compared to your wrists. You'll have to do less work to get big looking arms.

wrist curls hurt the wrist, try doing farmer's walks instead, grab 2 heavy dumbells and walk around with em for 30-60 seconds.

wrist size is genetic and it id correlated to your body frame. If your wrists are thin, then you are probably wearing medium - small size clothes (depending on your weight of course

farmer's walk is lots of fun, what sort of effect you looking for?

For me the walks give awsome pumps, and I've had a friend recently tell me that my forearms look much bigger than they used to.

Plus there's the added grip strength bonus that you get, which is pretty important.

On a side note, last wednesday at school, we had a walk-off where we grabbed the heaviest dumbells our school had (60lbs) and walked around to see who could go for the longest. The guy who won (124 seconds) was some fat kid who's never trained in his life, put me and my other lifter friends to shame.

Wrists contain many tendons so working forearm muscles and the wrist will increase the overall size. Have a look at before and after pics on skinnyguy.net and you will see his wrists got much larger.
