Alright.
- I'm 19 and 5' 8" 145 lbs.
- pubic hair fully out, just started underarm hair, chest hair not yet just a little, facial hair not done yet.
- started bulking diet, and working out.

I've come to the realization that I look like a little boy. I look exactly like this:

Ok it's called a mesomorph body type. Thing is I have a long neck and a medium size head. The only way I can look like a man is when I shrug my shoulders up and put my chest out, then it looks better, but I think it's unnatural. When I smile it looks even worse. Like some cute little boy it just pisses me off.

-What kinda clothes should I wear to hide this for the time being?
-Will doing a lot of barbell shrugs improve the long neck to skinny body
ratio?
-What kind of workouts should I do?
-Am I late for puberty to finish? Is this normal? Should I check with the doc?

Obviously girls don't want a little boy. And everyone treats me like a little boy. I want to improve now. It's killing my confidence. I want steriods.
Any suggestions?

Hmm I don't really know how to combat this one, but Im in a similar position.

Im 21,

6foot4...but, no facial hair and very young looking face.

It can be a bit humiliating at times and seriously battered my confidence in my HS years.

I think there are testosterone injections or something doctors can use, but Im not sure if thats only if its delayed puberty...

So you admit to yourself that you are a limp floppy ****.
Now you are desperately asking us what you should do to fix yourself up....

First of all, dont ask stupid afc questions like....
"-What kinda clothes should I wear to hide this for the time being?
-Will doing a lot of barbell shrugs improve the long neck to skinny body
ratio?
-What kind of workouts should I do?
-Am I late for puberty to finish? Is this normal? Should I check with the doc?"

It not only makes you look more like a chump but it doesnt make anybody on this board want to answer your question. Make your questions specific and meaningful.

Now that you have learned this i will respond to your inquiry just because you probably didnt realize how much of a sissy chump you sounded before posting.

If you want to bulk up and gain muscle mass i suggest you:

-Write a workout schedule down foremost (make sure to split the days into different muscle groups and never workout the day after legs.)
-do 7-9 sets per muscle group and 4-6 reps each
- your workouts sohuld be 30-40 minutes no less and no more (if you go past that time limit then you need to change up yoru schedule. There is no reason you should spend more time than that. Doing so is counterproductive to muscle building.)
-8 glasses of water a day
-eat 5 meals a day

These are the basics of a very effective and efficient bodybuilding plan (spoken from experience) ..... the rest are just details.
