Asterix
Don Juan
Hello,
I'm 17 and I'm quite short by societal standards, 158 cm/ 5.2 feet. I'm also skinny.
I exercise regularly. My routine consists of exercises like: push ups, crunches, sit ups, jogging, etc. I now have a fit body with well defined muscles. I'm not muscular, but I look fit. I don't have clear abs, per se, but the outline is defined and anyone can see it.
There is also a stereotype that hear, but I'm not sure how true it is. It's that muscles do not look good on short men. I don't know how true it is.
Should I engage in body building exercises to build my biceps and general body to make me look muscular? What do you think, do short buff men look weird?
My body right now is fit and whenever girls see me shirtless, they ooh and aah. People generally give me compliments, but I'm still skinny. I weigh 58 kg (128 pounds).
Should I stick to my normal routine, or should I try building my body mass and muscles?
Thanks.
