but i have a few questions , when i loose the extra weight and my homer spimpson gut goes back in , what happens to the skin ?
will the skin be like disguting just hangin out or will it return back to being tight... and does anyone know of a good way to get rid of strechmarks ?

It's hard to tell if your skin will go back to normal, you'll have to wait until you're body fat percentage gets low to know for sure. It really depends on how big your stomach has gotten. Me and my brother used to be fat as kids, we both lost the weight but he had some extra skin on his stomach so he had it surgically removed. If you do have loose, hanging skin after you've lost the weight the only way to remove it is through surgery. As for stretchmarks I've heard that shea butter works well, it's supposed to make them less apparent but I'm not sure if there's anything that can make them completely go away.

As long as you are not so fat that you have stretch marks, when you get in shape, the skin will eventually become "normal".

However, if you have stretch marks, nothing can make them go away. There are things you can do to change their color so they become less visible, but that's about it. Why do you think some rich hot women are so "scared" of having babies? Because you never know if there will be stretch marks or not. Once it's there, it stays for life...

That's the great thing about bulking - you can use muscle gain as your reason for having stretch marks :)

There's some stuff called Bio Oil that can get rid of stretch marks for you, so yes it's possible Le Parisien. It has worked for me and a fair few other bodybuilders. As for the loose skin issue, you should be fine unless you were morbidly obese.

alvatore:

Please tell me more about this Bio Oil thing, how does it work? Ingredients? Do you need to use it for a long time? Where to buy? Is it expensive?

Because I have a friend who just gave birth a couple of months ago who might need some help since unfortunately she got a lot of stretch marks because of it.

Select your country and it should be able to tell you where to buy it (Although i'm sure it's avaliable at your nearest chemist/supermarket). Bio-Oil contains the unique ingredient PurCellin Oil™, vitamins A and E, Calendula, Lavender and Rosemary oils and Chamomile extract. Recommended to be applied 2 times a day to the affected areas (whether they be scars or stretchmarks).

I'm not trying to push you into buying this, it actually works. I used to have these hugeass stretch marks on my biceps, glutes, and the top of my lats after I went on a cut. Within 4 weeks of using they were nearly gone, so give it a go. It's fairly inexpensive as well.

Thanks a lot man!:flowers:

No I'm not gonna buy it, I just might want to tell my friend what to do to get rid of her stretch marks.:D

I already checked the website, unsurprisingly, it's only sold in a few English speaking countries. But the UK is close enough to France, looks like it's sold in "normal" pharmacies, so it probably won't be too difficult to get it through a friend who lives in the UK.

By the way, were your stretch marks "serious"? I mean, were they large and very different from your skin color? Did this bio oil simply improve the color or it really helped to smooth them out?

Thousand thanks for your input!:flowers:

Good God, that bio oil is available in the most random places I've ever seen:

1. The North Pole
2. The South Pole
3. The Galapagos islands

I'm not knocking their product, but who in their right mind lives in the Galapagos islands besides flying squirrels, emus, and tribal natives who live on coconuts and bananas? lol
