will try to make this short and in point form

started a new job recently I am working in a 2 person office with a girl who is also new here. She's basically got the most potential of any girl i've known for many years.

I've done well and have got her really keen to go out, we get on like wild fire and we can't stop talking to each other. Still, it is work and you have to be careful what you say so it's been a little bit tamer than i'd like

Problem is, we talk all the time and due to the different natures of our work, it wastes a lot more of her time than mine, and she ends up being late. Yesterday she stayed behind 3 hours at work for which she wasn't paid and i know it's at least partially my fault.

I know she loves talking to me, but i also know she was a little put out with the fact that i'd delayed her so much... Also we haven't been out yet because she's gone away the last couple of weekends and is going away again for the next couple.

How to maintain a good sustained attraction sitting on the same table, but without talking a lot? I can't keep making her late, it's going to end up getting her pissed off i am sure, but i can't just lay on the silent treatment, that's suicide.

I'm not good at saying a little but making it count. Any tips?

First and most important, forget about dating this woman that you work with. It may seem like something that you would enjoy but take it from everyone on here that you DON'T DATE WOMEN YOU WORK WITH. If things don't work out but no matter what you do you have to face this person at work everyday it is going to cause nothing but problems, headaches, and possible heartaches depending on if you fall for her. This is a certain recipe for disaster and unless you want that kind of chaos in your life then forget about dating her.
