with situps i find it incredibly boring because its hard but not as hard, you do not need to concentrate at all so i find them increadibly boring to do.

you sound like you are doing your sit ups wrong? the reason your neck is sore is probably because your pulling on your neck muscles with your hands behind your head straining your neck, try doing your sit ups with your hands on the side of your head so you dont yank your head forward with each sit up and concentrate on using your abdominals, dont cheat by trying to swing your body up and not using your abs.Originally posted by check_mate_kid_uk
