simple workout

Hey SS

Im 19 and kind of tall and skinny.
I should start working out this summer to get in shape..
Any simple workout ways? I don't want to go running or do 1 hour workouts. Just a little by little...
I like cycling in my free time so that's the only way I exercise really.
I'm king of a lazy person so that's why I wan't simple and short and not wast much of my time with it. No fitness pls :D

One thing my old elementary school gym teacher said, was to do pushups or crunches during commercials when watching tv. Can't get more simple than that.

2-3 times per week:

Squat - 2x20 2x15
Overhead Press - 3x10
Bent Over Row - 3x10
Bench Press - 3x10
Stiff leg deadlift - 3x15
Barbell curls - 3x10
Dips - 3x10

And eat everything in sight.

What's a squat, bent over row... etc? :D
