Sleep! I know i know hold the applause. But seriously it seems like if i sleep 8 hours at night over a weeks time i will lose anywhere from 7-10lbs of fat that week.
But if i only sleep 3-5 hours i usually gain about 5-10 lbs in a weeks time.
This is of course eating right, small cardio, working out, ect.
Is anyone else seeing this much results from sleeping. I have given some people this advice who lift at school and they actually said getting 8 hours makes them lose fat also.
It also seems to boost my test greatly.
