Simple tip for losing weight

Sleep! I know i know hold the applause. But seriously it seems like if i sleep 8 hours at night over a weeks time i will lose anywhere from 7-10lbs of fat that week.

But if i only sleep 3-5 hours i usually gain about 5-10 lbs in a weeks time.

This is of course eating right, small cardio, working out, ect.

Is anyone else seeing this much results from sleeping. I have given some people this advice who lift at school and they actually said getting 8 hours makes them lose fat also.

It also seems to boost my test greatly.

7-10 pounds of fat in one week?!? I don't think it's possible to lose or gain that much pure fat in such a short period of time. If you lose or gain more than one or two pounds in a week, most of your weight loss or gain is water weight.

But I am in full agreement that sleep is a key role to maintaining a healthy rate.

I can go from 210 lbs to 200lbs in 7 days drinking 8 glasses of water a day. The big thing there is i barely consume any fat...but....if i do the same diet without proper sleep then it wont have any effect....im not exagerating.

10 pounds of weight swing in a week is a change in hydration levels.

Increasing your water intake helps your body flush out a lot of the excess water it is holding. That is where your weight loss is coming from. Trust me, you cannot lose 10 pounds of pure fat in a week. Losing that much in a MONTH is stretching it!
 

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.
