What do you guys think?

3 x Military Press

2 x Side Lat. Raises

4 x Bench Press

3 x Dips

3 x Skull Crushers (still have never performed these!)

Is this workout ok?

Looks good overall. You might throw in a set or two with bent over lateral raises for the posterior deltoids.

Do incline bench instead off normal, you might want to throw in a couple off more sets for the chest. Like 3/3 sets of incline and flat bench.

For triceps it looks good. A cool exercise you might want to try if you don't get any gains is the close grip bench with reverse grip. It gave me a fantastic sourness to the tris.

close grip with reverse grip? seems awkward!

incline bench wont work the tris as good as normal becnh press tho. im more into getting bigger arms at the moment (BUT i am working my whole body dont worry! :))

yeah, they may seem awkward... if you do them slow and controlled then you'll have a really nice sourness the next day.. give them a try once and see what you think =)

yeah... but you have dips you know.. those will supercharge your triceps.

does anyone not get a real feeling of working your shoulders when u do military press? i did 4 sets yesterday instead of 3 sets as i wasnt getting much of a burn off them.

i do them properly with heavy enough weights...

cant say much except make sure ur form is good ( this includes your body.. not just your arms... make sure ur not leanin too much one way)
