I used to be one of those "essence of DJing" guys with little experience. I've reached a point where the material on this board isn't much help...it could be a dearth of quality posts, or it could just be that the best learning comes from experience.

Nothing anyone says on this forum is going to make it easier for you to deal with women. Dealing with women will make it easier for you to deal with women.

the bottom line is

to just be cool and if she digs you she digs you....dont feel like you got to reach for the playbook on every down. Sometimes you gotta scrap the playbook and just go out and play as one coach said during a game. Dont spend too much time thinking or else you'll think yourself right out of that situation.

For me, this forum is all about just motivating me to DO IT. I read a few good posts, put in my 2 cents from time to time, and it's nice to have your play by play FR analyzed by a pile of DJ's for positive and negative behaviors. I do remember it being a bit different a couple years ago, when i was posting as "ambidexter", but i think it's STILL a great site...i Motivates me to Get Off my Ass and Mack Some Ladies...once you get that motivation, once you start putting yourself out front everyday trying to refine skills you didn't know you even had....it's a great feeling.
I do not come here for relationship advice. I do not come here to find out "why she left". I do not come here to find out "if she likes me"...i come here for MOTIVATION and PRACTICAL MACKING KNOWLEDGE. The rest is up to me.

I hate reading "does she like me?" posts too. But you gotta keep in mind that YOU were no better at one stage too. We all started out a fvcked up AFC with NO IDEA.

On the "experienced" side of the fence, all these 'stupid' questions sound trivial and annoying. Its easy to say something like "stop analysing her moves" or "dont worry, do what you want". Hows a beginner supposed to interpret that advice seriously?? He has NO frame of reference. NO experience. And most importantly NO CONFIDENCE.

Dont get me wrong, the advice most give is good and correct (ie. do what you want, its all about you. etc.) but its just hard to swollow if you havnt been there and experienced every step. Especially without the confidence.

Maybe what the board needs is a separate forum only for those who have been members for 2+ years or whatever.

Oh and by the way this doesnt apply to those newbies who havnt read the bible and start posting... they should burn in he||.

I have been there yes and how do you think I got hit when I posted some posts like this? At first ppl were empathizing with me - but one day, Cecil **** on me like there was no tomorow. It prolly was one of the harshest post in the history of ssv he was VERY direct and VERY personnal. That woke me up because I don't believe in the "I'll be sweet and give you a million hug" advices. Reality is harsh but reality works. If you are not able to take it or deal with it, then you have a sorry life and there's nothing else, I, can do about it.

I don't claim to be the best DJ on this board. I just KNOW I am one of the most knowledgeable. Don't you think I tend to analyze girls too? I wonder if a girl likes me too, I don't ALWAYS approach a girl right off the bat. I am VERY 'AFCish' at time. The difference is I don't whine about it. I FIX it.

I am not here to bring down the new kids (as in, been here less than a week). I was just venting because after being here for ATLEAST a month, those types of questions shouldn't even be asked. Neverless the ones since the summer. I know what it is to be scared, intimidated and inexperienced - but there's a bible for all that.
