Show anger or stay calm and silent?

When women make me mad, i typically get REAL quiet, but the energy just eminates from me. This alone has made girls cry.
On the other hand, sometimes it is necessary to be verbal and animated if the female just doesnt get it. I have had this turn girls on. WTF?

Which is a more healthy and mature way of dealing with anger?

Anyway, My main girl gets an attitude from time to time, and I'm getting too old to give a ****, or play into what its about. The last two episodes ended with me leaving her house within 10 minutes of the attitude, and the second time was Sunday. Attitude from when we woke up, for NO reason- so I took her home, didnt say two words to her on the way (20 min), although steam was coming out my ears like a freighttrain. She didnt say anything at this point either. Drop her off. She gets out, says thanks for the night before and says to hit her up if im in her area later. I have not texted or called her since then.

During both episodes, she has some back and acted like nothing ever happened. Never mentioned that it was obvious I was super pissed (albeit, calm cool and collected). I feel girls radar on such things is very keen, and secretly the do get off on it. Can anyone share their wisdom on this topic?

Someone once said that the best reaction is no reaction. Girls are so emotional and reactive that they are used to someone screaming back at them so when you don't say anything or don't react, they go insane!

I would also like to say this: though it's great that you stay unreactive, you are a man and when you feel you have been done wrong say it! Don't treat her like a delicate flower. Let her have it! Once again, I'm not saying to react like this because no reaction is the best reaction but let her know that you're alive and command respect every once and while.

Define "keeps it cool". I "keep it cool" 99% of the time. However, when doing so, i think the irritation comes through. I cannot help it. I think this actually helps me though.

If a girl does something bad you got to check her on it. You can't just be quiet. That is called being passive aggressive. That is something females are known to do. You need to be assertive and let her know what the problem is then you can go through your quiet stage. But you must be assertive. Show her who the lion of the jungle is.

Not referring to sex, what kinds of things/activities were you two doing before going to bed? Dinner? Movie? Hanging out at a bar? Other things? Maybe the reason for her behavior stems from something at that time.

Also, are you aware of any issues or emotional hangups she has? Could also be related.

I kinda agree on the "issue thing" , she might have an issue on how you deal with things,and she just might want a penny on your thoughts and on what you really feel,it's better to have a quite and sincere conversation with her regarding her attitude and on things that pissed you off, "girls tend to do everything just to get your attention and be the apple of the eye", well, I guess she just want more attention then!

This is something I am learning to do, it's very, very difficult, but if you can master this basic rule, then you'll have a pretty drama free lifestyle.

I have anger issues, so I will usually fly off the handle, especially when I feel someone has done me a personal wrong, but with more experience and more maturity, I feel as though I am slowly, but surely starting to turn a new leaf.

Anger itself is not a negative emotion, it becomes negative when like me you allow it to control your actions and your words.

sure, its not good to go around each and everyday wanting to punch everything in sight, however, with women, they know and want the anger inside you. they need to know its there and that when the situation arises, so will that anger. you are a f cuckig man for christ sake, women cry, men get angry, all you really need to do is to show you have control of your anger and will only use it when genuine wrong occurs and to protect her. she will push you, pres your buttons, keep your cool, but every now and again, let out a controlled unleashing when she least expects it...and enjoy the se x after !
