Man, every part of my body is seeing good progress except my shoulders. My shoulders just don't seem to grow that well. I dunno maybee my shoulder workout isn't right. Here it is:
db or bb shoulder press 4x8
side lat raises 4x8
rear lat raises 4x8

I try to go real slow on the lat raises and hold it for 2 seconds at the top of the motion.
Is there something different I could do to make my shoulders grow more?
Cause I really want to have big shoulders.

To hit the posterior delts, do bent over rows with your upper arms 90 degrees to your body. Bent over rows with your upper arms close to your body gives you more of a lat workout.

daman,

I have a lot of success on delts by pre-exhausting them with Lateral Raises and Front Raises before I start my shoulder presses. I'm not sure about you but when I do delts I always go heavy, especially on shoulder presses. If I do shoulder presses first I end up fatiuging my triceps as well and that makes the lateral raises and front raises harder to do with proper form which hurts in the end.

I don't really like rear lateral raises. I do them from time to time but my posterior delts get hit well enough by doing upright rows, bent over rows, and lying side raises.

Good Luck getting those delts like Softballs

I have had good success with this workout:

Shoulder Press (3X8)
Arnold Press (3X8)
Bent over row (3X10)
Up-right row (3X10)
Compound - Side Lateral raises(10 reps) + front shoulder raises (10reps) Total- (2x20)
Back lateral raises (2X10)

I have a day dedicated to shoulders only...since the workout is somewhat intense...
