I'm 5'8 and I weigh 200 lbs. I have a belly on me. Well I just started lifting and eating good. My main goal is to lose weight but I also want to gain quite a bit of muscle. I guess the body style I'm looking for is like a Brad Pitt in Fight Club or Ryan Reynolds in Blade 3. Anyways will the weight come off even though I do little or no cardio as long as I lift hard? Should I just eat as much as I want as long as it comes from healthy sources?

Choose your focus. If you do it right, you can gain muscle and lose fat at the same time, but that's not easy. It's far simplier to choose either losing fat or gaining muscle and sticking to it until you reach your goal. Simple diets are less likely to fail.

In your situation I'd probably be more inclined to lose fat. Keep lifting, but include 30-60 minutes of cardio 3 or 4 days a week. Reduce your calories a little, but not to the point where you ever feel hungry.

It's good that you have ambition, but don't be disappointed if you don't achieve this goal.

Well, don't just "eat as much as you want". That's probably how you came to weigh 200lbs, yeah? If you want to lose weight the proper way, you need to put yourself in a slight calorie deficit (spelling?). Diesel's Guide to Cutting should help you find some answers.
