So I went out with a big group of friends last Saturday. I met a girl in the group and we hit it off. We ended up having lots of drinks. She goes home to take care of our mutual friend who is a female. She gets my number from our mutual friend. I get home from the bar and get a text from this girl. She said hey it was great hanging out with you, i got your number from sarah. hope you made it home ok. I told her I did and it was great hanging out with her too. I wait and call her on Tuesday of last week. She didn't aswer, and I didn't leave her a message. So the next day I sent her a text saying we should get drinks sometime soon and also said how fun it was hanging out. She agreed and told me to call her when I got back in town after Xmas. So I called her last night. Left her a message. And still no response.

Don't call her again. The balls in her court now so you can wait and see what she does.


Don't get your hopes up, spin some plates and keep busy. Try thinking of something else to keep your mind off her.


It could also be a sh!t test, meaning shes seeing how desperate you are to call her. Anyway keep in mind that shes losing out if she doesn't call you. :rockon:

I disagree here to a certain extent. He definitely shouldn't call again within the next few days at all. But nothing wrong with calling again in a week or so. Especially since this girl hasn't lost any interest in him, its more likely that she's busy with Christmas etc. Also i know a lot of guys will hate on me for saying this because i use to be against it as well, but most younger chicks 18-25 prefer to text rather than talk on the phone. So here's the thing, the next time you contact her, don't ask her to hang out right away. . If she answers shoot the $hit and judge her tone of voice, if its positive then set something up, if not then take it as a sure sign of low interest......

Doubt its a $hit test although I do know quite a few females who never answer their phone when the give their number out even to a guy they like. If he calls again, then they will answer/call back and be down to hang out, female DJ rule perhaps.

Bottom line; Slaog has a good point. Don't let this chick run your next few days, have a "ehhh whatever" attitude about it and you'll be much more successful in your nightly pick ups. I also agree about going out and meeting more girls..... when you fill up the inventory, everyone wants your product.

I presume she ment she'll 'catch up' with you later on. If I was in your position I'd do nothing and see if she gets back to you. What we do know is she didn't just get the message.
