I want to bulk up but I have extremly high metabolism, Im 5'9 and currently weigh 135 pounds. For all you guys who have used Anthony Ellis' program would you recommend it or is it information that i can get for free? Also what would you guys in my situation recommend for me?

I wouldn't bother, because you have all the info you need to gain muscle right here.

Firstly, training. Get yourself on a decent training routine. There are a few options, i.e. a basic 3-day split, a modified westside barbell routine, Rippetoe's Starting Strength, etc. Start out by reading The Idiot's Guide to Growth by Warboss Alex,

The basic 3-day split routine is all you need to grow. It's just a sample routine, there are a few modifications you can make to it, but that's the basic idea. Your routine needs to be based around the big compound lifts, squats, deadlifts and bench press, with other important lifts such as pullups/pulldowns and shoulder presses.

For other options, i.e. starting strength by Rippetoe, do a google, there's plenty of good info around. There's also some good westside barbell routines around, get on ironaddicts.com and search google.

Secondly, eating. Since you have a fast metabolism, you need to be putting away 3500 calories per day, and 2g of protein per pound of your bodyweight, so 270g of protein. Read Alex's thread for advice on nutrition and also search for other posts by EFFORT, Warboss Alex, A-Unit, Throttle and tons of other guys.

cheers,
