should i cut my fat or should i bulk up??? plz help me cuz i really dont know what to do... im a newbie so i dont know anything about this - only read few threads. so: i cant see my six-pack (and i really whant to so i need to cut my fat) but still i can see my ribs when i breathe deep and i can see my chest bones always so that means..? plz help... i'm 15 soon, so is it normal not to have strong chest cuz i do all sort of workouts (75 crunches 75 pushups in a row and that stuff are no problem to me) i know i should go to gym to increase my muscle mass and i probably will (even if i dont whant to) so if it is normal not to have strong chest with so much workout in my age? i should probably cut the fat if its normal, right?
