Im 185cm (bout 6-6.1ft i think)and been doing an intense gym routine for about 3 months now. Physically i have gotten much stronger and become far more cut. Should i be concerned about losing weight? before gym i was about 68kg and now i average around 64kg. i dont look any thinner in fact i look slightly bigger. Your thoughts please.

No, you have a low weight considered your length. If I were you I'd do some slow clean bulking instead. Cutting at such a low weight is no good.

i'm 10 cm shorter than you and i weight a couple of kgs more. i'm not bulky, but i have a far better body than average, ripped and pretty muscular, beside legs which really sùck. i guess that for an ideal body (better legs), i should weigh around 70kg, so you need to get at least to 76-78 or so

I disagree with both Lifeforce and Jay-X here, there's no magic number you 'should' be at, some people look better at 220 then 200lbs, others better at 150 than 130 ..

Scaramanga86, if you're pleased with how you look, then you're fine.

If I told you to eat to become a 250lbs monster, would you do it? :p

YOU decide mate. It's not up to us.
