This whole situation is fraught with peril. Obviously if she knew your friend was there and came through naked, she was signaling to him and to you that she wanted a three way. If that situation was something you had not talked through in advance, this means she is hot to get more and not considering your feelings in this. The genie may be out of the bottle on this one.
On the whole friend vs stranger thing - I would think it would be best to keep it between strangers. There is danger of playing this kind of game with your close friends or people who live in town.
