What kind of shoes do you DJ's out there wear on a day-to-day basis?

I like sneakers with basic, normal designs because they're versatile...White on white is a good color combo because they come off looking clean (until you start neglecting them and it's time for a new pair). Jeans...sometimes blue (depending on jean color) and white color schemes look clean with a pair too.

I usually wear my black skecher boots in a regular day, and i always wear black jeans (rarely wear blue jeans). I wear my nicer boots during parties n stuff.

I think that white shoes are best for summer. The only way to pass with white shoes is to wear them with a light top but not white. ie baby blue shirt

Dont forget the pants. Balck pants seem tacky with white shoes as well. That black and white scheme isnt good at all, just boring. It all depends on the style of shoe too

I just wear whatever sneaker I can get my hands on. I got an assortment of colors so they I am likely to match something I'm wearing with my shoes. I would like to wear my white sneaks more often but they get dirty too easily and I'm too lazy to wash em... Timbs or Sketchers that are brown go well with jeans (think usher in his music videos) ALong with just a white undershirt and jacket or a white undershirt if you got the money

White shoes (not too white) go well with many outfits...

I have a pair of Adidas Superstars (oldschool with the three stripes), and its VERY versatile. i can wear it with khakis, jeans, Tshirt, polos, etc.

Other oldschool sneakers will work just as fine IMHO.

Sandals are great for summer, they go well with MOST jeans/khakis (with t-shirt, etc)

Also look for some casual shoes less sporty than the oldschool sneakers.

Ive been wearing the Euro style DIESEL shoes all the ladies eat them up.

Girls seem to notice shoes a lot... it's like they just jump out at them.

example:

I was spending the day with this girl, hanging out and such, and we were gonna hit the club later that night.

So I go home to get changed, and the next time she sees me, she's like, "you switched out of your AF1s!"

I was like, "wah?" I had even forgotten what shoes I was wearing.

Unclebob, I have a pair of blue/white diesles as well.

They comforable, light and different from most. You're right about how the chicks eat them up. Maybe becasue they're more expensive than most but also because they're trendier than your average nike etc.

I also have a pair of "Campers" which I find are also great.

Having 3 or more pairs of shoes is always a good idea since if you alternate they not only don't wear out as fast but also show that you have some fashion sense.
