She trying to play games or just really stupid?

Ok short story. I got a phone number off a chick on Match. (I sarge in real life as well) I rang her there last week. I got through to voicemail and left a message. She rang me back and I missed that call. She also left a message. Heres where it gets odd. She wanted me to ring her back so I did. No response. I tried then again a few days later and left a voicemail this time for her to ring me. At this stage I'm thinking she's flaked. Not a big deal.

Then today, she sends me an email saying sorry and that she thought she had saved my number after the first time I rang. She said she now didn't have my number and for me to give her a ring. I'm thinking with most phones its not that hard to find a recent number. Also given there's two voicemails, you can ring back from either. You reckon she's trying to test me here?

Ya.. she's stupid. Don't be looking for much here. She can't return a phone call now, will she keep a date or flake? etc, etc.

If it were me, I'd certainly be spending time searching for others. If you wanna give this one more shot, I'd let her know frankly and without anger.. "Hey.. if we can't make a phone call happen, it's gonna be difficult to make anything else happen. I have your number. What's a good time to call, and we'll just talk then." I'd resist stating an ultimatum (such as this is my LAST time), because that's threatening. But you're almost doing the same thing by not giving her other options.
