she never takes initiative

I got this exclusive girl that has been with me for 3 months now. She calls me all the time. So much that i don't need to call her. But everytime we see each other it's because i made a date. She has never asked me to see her anywhere except maybe once. It's like as if she could go a lifetime without seen me. Im not sure if it's a red flag because sometimes i consiously make sure not to ask her out to see if she suggest something and she dosen't. I know it's my job to make things happen, but after a while there has to be some effort on her part. WTF. thoughts?

my girl rarely calls. I've actaully asked her about it and she says she's just not like that -- she's always willing to hang out though. It seems a lot of girls just don't put forth that effort -- they wait for you.. YOU are the leader. You have nothing to worry about. If she's calling you then she wants to see you.
