Hello fellow DJers.

What is your favorite protein shake? And what do you mix it with?

optimum nutrition 100% whey protein.... I mix it in with a glass of skim milk.

Dalblads nutrition iso whey. Comes in ****loadsized packade for low prize. It doesn't taste the best, but it's gooood. I mix with either water or skim milk.

when you say its "goooood" you mean high in nutrition (protein, etc.), correct?
