I suggest taking her on a date she would think is romantic, and renting a motel room if you both live with parents (say it's just for you because 16 year olds can't legally do that). She could be lying, or she could've gotten an STD from something other than sex. You can get STDs from drugs (needles), oral sex, birth if your parents had STDs, and hospital mistakes. There's even a STD you can get from a toilet seat. It would also put her at ease to know you have no STDs.

I don't know exactly what stores have it. It's something you have to investigate for yourself, because it's likely something that depends on how conservative your area is.

It all depends on if you can handle holding a mature conversation. Depending on how you approach it, you can come across as desparate or confident. It's just something you have to learn with experience. If she's your girlfriend it shouldn't be much of an issue - it sounds like she wants it as much as you.
